These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Space City Research Labs LLC website, products, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). By visiting this Site or purchasing any product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Research Use Only

By purchasing from this Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Space City Research Labs LLC is not a pharmacy.
• Space City Research Labs LLC is not a compounding pharmacy operating under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
• Space City Research Labs LLC is not an FDA-registered outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
• We do not manufacture, compound, prescribe, or dispense medications for human or veterinary use.

All products sold by Space City Research Labs LLC are intended solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes.

Products are not intended for:

• Human or animal consumption
• Injection, inhalation, topical application, or ingestion
• Medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use
• Use in food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or veterinary products
• Prevention, diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any disease or medical condition

Improper use of any product is strictly prohibited.

 

2. Product Handling & Safety

Research materials offered through this Site may present chemical or biological hazards if handled improperly.

Purchasers agree to:

• Use products only in appropriate research environments.
• Follow all applicable laboratory safety procedures.
• Utilize suitable personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

 

3. FDA Notice

Statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Nothing offered by Space City Research Labs LLC is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

For clarification:

• We are not a 503A compounding pharmacy.
• We are not a 503B outsourcing facility.
• Our products are supplied exclusively for laboratory research purposes.

 

4. Purchaser Qualifications

By placing an order, you certify that:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age required within your jurisdiction.
• You possess the knowledge and experience necessary to safely handle research materials.
• You assume full responsibility for the storage, handling, transportation, and use of all purchased products.
• You understand the risks associated with laboratory research chemicals.

 

5. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Purchasers accept all risks associated with the purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use of products obtained from Space City Research Labs LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Space City Research Labs LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives from any liability arising out of the use or misuse of any products purchased from this Site.

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Space City Research Labs LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal fees resulting from:

• Your purchase or use of our products;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Failure to comply with applicable laws;
• Improper handling or misuse of research materials.

 

7. Eligibility to Purchase

By using this Site, you represent that:

• Purchasing research materials is lawful where you reside.
• You will not use any product for medical, therapeutic, veterinary, or clinical purposes.
• You will not market or redistribute products for prohibited uses.
• All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Space City Research Labs LLC reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

 

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Site following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

9. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site, refuse future orders, or cancel existing orders if we reasonably believe a customer has:

• Violated these Terms;
• Misrepresented intended product use;
• Attempted to use products for prohibited purposes;
• Engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

Provisions relating to indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability shall survive termination.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space City Research Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

If liability is established, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Texas.

13. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except where required by law.

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at spacecitypeps@icloud.com so we may review and resolve the issue.

 

14. Shipping Protection

Orders include optional or applicable shipping protection as disclosed during checkout to help safeguard against eligible shipping-related issues.

If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or arrives with shipping-related issues, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs (when applicable). Approved claims will be resolved through replacement, store credit, or another appropriate remedy at our discretion.

 

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Space City Research Labs LLC concerning your use of the Site and any purchases made through it.

They replace all prior discussions, communications, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

 

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective and enforceable.

 

17. No Waiver

Failure by Space City Research Labs LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be interpreted as a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

 

18. Electronic Consent

By accessing this Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding agreement and carries the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.

 

19. Final Research Use Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that every product sold by Space City Research Labs LLC is intended exclusively for lawful laboratory research purposes.

You further acknowledge that these products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, inhalation, topical application, medical treatment, diagnosis, prevention, or cure of any disease or health condition.

Your purchase confirms your understanding of these restrictions and your agreement to comply with all applicable laws governing the possession and use of laboratory research materials.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS OR MONETARY REFUNDS

Refunds (Store Credit & Reshipment Only)

Space City Research Labs does not issue monetary refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products and industry standards regarding safety, handling, and sanitation, we do not accept returns of any kind.

If an order issue is approved — such as receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or confirmed lost package — resolution may be provided through a replacement shipment or store credit equal to the affected item value. Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and does not expire.

Space City Research Labs reserves the right to approve or deny any claim at our sole discretion.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us at spacecitypeps@icloud.com within 24 hours of your delivery date if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit.

To submit a claim, photo documentation of the product, packaging, shipping label/packing slip, and any damage must be provided. Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may be denied.

If approved, resolutions will be provided through reshipment or store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and for sanitary, safety, handling, and quality-control reasons, Space City Research Labs does not accept returns or exchanges on any products once shipped.

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or monetary refund:

• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Products returned without prior claim approval
• Claims submitted without required photo documentation
• Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
• Orders delayed due to carrier issues outside our control
• Products shipped to an incorrectly entered address provided by the customer
• Any item returned to sender without authorization

All purchases are considered final upon checkout completion.

We offer FREE standard delivery within the U.S. on all orders over $100.

U.S. Shipping

Every order shipped by Space City Research Labs includes tracking details. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Orders are typically processed within 24–36 hours. While orders may still be placed and begin moving through our system over the weekend, our primary business and shipping operations run Monday through Friday. Because of this, shipping times may be affected for orders placed over the weekend and may begin full processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times typically range from 2–7+ business days, depending on the shipping method. 

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time begins once the order has been fully processed and handed off to the carrier. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may experience slight delays in shipment movement due to Monday–Friday business operations.

We reserve the right to select the best carrier and shipping method to ensure your package is delivered safely and securely.

International Shipping

We do not ship to researchers internationally.
